Spooney is happy to accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after an order is received. All items received after 30 days can not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
The cutoff time to place orders this holiday season is December 19th, 2008 at 2:00P. After this time, Spooney warehouses will be closed for the holidays. Make sure to call us or place all holiday orders in time for holiday delivery!
1) Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate the opportunity to provide
you with high quality customer service. For your convenience,
if you have any questions, please call toll free 1-866-755-5840.
2) If you wish to exchange a product, don’t forget to list the items
you are requesting. Print and fill out return
form and send with your merchandise.
3) Use the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover
the original shipping label. If the original package can’t be used,
return in a box or carton which protects the merchandise.
4) Package the item(s) and return
form and seal with tape. We recommend you insure your package (we cannot
accept responsibility for uninsured packages.) Please ensure that each item
returned in the same condition that it was shipped. Returned items that
are unfolded, without hangtags or packaging bags are subject to an additional
charge of $2.00 per item

6) Will send any merchandise you request in exchange via standard shipping,
unless you indicate otherwise.
Note:
• If you choose to exchange an item(s) you will not be charged additional
shipping and handling for replacement item being shipped to you.
• If you wish to check on status of your return, please allow 4-7
business days for package to be delivered based on your proximity
to North Carolina.
Please Allow 14 Days. It takes approximately 14 days for us to receive and
process your return. We'll credit or refund value of the item and any taxes
you were charged (excluding delivery charges). Adjustments to credit cards
should appear within two billing cycles.
Care Instructions: Machine wash warm with like colors. Line dry or tumble
